BastionAI provides information and tools related to cryptocurrency trading and prediction markets. Trading cryptocurrencies and using prediction markets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should carefully consider whether trading is appropriate for you in light of your financial situation. Never invest more than you can afford to lose.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BastionAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE

BASTIONAI DOES NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, LEGAL, OR TAX ADVICE.

  • All information on this platform is for informational purposes only
  • We do not recommend any specific investments, trades, or strategies
  • Bot performance data and AI analysis are not predictions of future results
  • You should consult with qualified professionals before making financial decisions
  • We are not registered as investment advisors or broker-dealers

3. Auto-Mirror (Copy Trading) Terms

COPY TRADING CARRIES SIGNIFICANT RISK. YOU MAY LOSE YOUR ENTIRE DEPOSIT.

By using the Auto-Mirror feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Past performance is not indicative of future results. A bot's historical profits do not guarantee future profits.
  • You may lose some or all of your deposited funds. Copy trading is inherently risky and losses are possible.
  • You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Choosing to copy a bot is your decision, not a recommendation by BastionAI.
  • A 4% deposit fee and 8% withdrawal fee apply. There are no per-trade fees.
  • Execution timing may vary. There may be delays between the bot's trade and your copied trade, which may affect results.
  • Slippage and market conditions apply. Your executed price may differ from the bot's price.
  • You can withdraw unused funds at any time. However, funds used in open positions may be subject to market fluctuations.

4. Bot Performance Data

Our bot performance data and rankings are derived from publicly available blockchain data and third-party APIs (such as Polymarket). We strive for accuracy but:

  • Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate
  • Rankings are based on historical data which may not reflect current performance
  • AI analysis is algorithmic and may contain errors
  • We do not verify the identity or intentions of wallet operators
  • A "bot" designation is an estimate based on trading patterns, not a guarantee

5. Fees and Payments

Subscription Fees

  • Free tier: $0/month
  • Pro tier: $29/month
  • Elite tier: $99/month
  • Enterprise tier: Custom pricing

Copy Trading Fees

  • 4% deposit fee deducted when you deposit USDC
  • 8% withdrawal fee deducted when you withdraw to your wallet
  • 0% per-trade fee - no fees on individual trades
  • Fees are non-refundable

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BASTIONAI AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY TRADING LOSSES INCURRED THROUGH COPY TRADING OR OTHERWISE; (C) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT; (D) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN BOT PERFORMANCE DATA; OR (E) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BastionAI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
